For non-destructive testing (NDT) the Structurix range provides high quality imaging and ‘rugged’ performance and meets the most rigorous worldwide quality standards The Structurix range includes ultra fine grain (D2) through to high speed (D7) options
Each Structurix film is available by film type and size of box required.
Film types include : Bulk Load Roll, Folder Wrapped, non interleaved, Pb Vacupac and Pb roll pack. Not all film types are available for all film types.
Film characteristics
Structurix D2 – Extremely Fine grain film ideal when fine detail/rendering is required
Structurix D3 Ultra fine grain film, high contrast, high detail perceptibility. Suitable for exposure with lead screens.
Structurix D4 Ultra fine grain with very high contrast. Suitable for exposure with lead screens.
Structurix D5 Very fine grain film with high contrast. Ideal for visualisation of changes in physical structure. Use with lead screens.
Structurix D7 Fine grain film with high contrast and high speed. Use with lead screens
Structurix D8 Medium grain film, high contrast and very high speed – Can be used for direct exposure or with lead screen
