Description
The ML-Lux™ is a single unit that combines the superb performance of our light-weight, low formfactor stationary overhead Strip Light™ with sophisticated machine vison capabilities that automatically detect and size fluorescent indications.
The system’s “Beep on Detect” function alerts the operator to the presence of relevant indications and the software sizes them and automatically marks their location on a photographic image of the part for easy later identification. ALL inspections (pass or fail) get permanently recorded for 100% QA and compliance purposes.
